Credit Terms
 
We strongly recommend establishing a credit account with The Cinema Lab. Request an application for credit
via phone, mail or in person. Contact the lab manager for additional details.  If you plan to do regular
business on a COD basis, we ask that you open a COD account. If you do not have a credit or COD account
established, COD orders over $100 and cash orders over $10 require a 50% deposit with the order unless
other arrangements have been made with our accounting department in advance.

Purchase orders from established educational institutions and corporations are accepted for billing on a
one-time-charge basis.

Films or video material delivered to us are accepted upon the expressed condition that we hold a lien
thereon for the general balance from time to time due us from the Customer, whether in respect to
processing, printing, storage charges or otherwise.  Customer represents that he is the sole owner of
materials delivered to The Cinema Lab printing or processing in any manner, and that he is the owner of
all rights in connection with such material; including copyrights, literary, photographic and musical.
Customer further represents that the above materials are free of any lien or encumbrance.  Shipments from
The Cinema Lab will be insured at the customers request and expense.

Liability

The Cinema Lab assumes no responsibility for loss or damage from any cause whatsoever, including,
but not limited to: accidents, negligence or intentional misconduct of it’s employees, agents, or servants;
theft, fire, flood or machine damage, all regardless of causation; or strict liability. Notwithstanding the
above, in the event of loss, damage or destruction of film as a result of negligence of it’s employees,
agents, or servants, The Cinema Lab will reimburse the customer for the cost of the raw stock and
any film processing laboratory charges paid by the customer in connection with such film processing.
This shall be the sole and exclusive remedy against The Cinema Lab regardless of the nature of the
claim.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell, rent, or distribute any of your personal information to third parties for their marketing
purposes without your explicit consent.  We automatically track certain information based upon your
behavior on our website. We use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics and
behavior to better understand, protect, and serve you. This information may include the URL that you just
came from, which URL you next go to, your computer browser information, and your IP address.
